Starting therapy can be scary. Maybe you’re asking, Does this person know how to help me with my specific problem? Will I even like talking to her? It can be challenging to know what you need and which therapist will be best for you. 

That’s why we offer a free 15-minute phone consultation with no obligation to start therapy. During the consultation, I will listen to your general concerns and share how I anticipate I would be able to help.

But, if I am not the right fit for you, I will try to help you find additional resources that might be better suited for you.

What To Expect

Starting therapy can be scary. We can help. Here’s what you can expect.

1. Initial Session

In the introductory session, we explore your goals and look at what has brought you to therapy.

2. Regular Sessions

In each 50 minute session, we work to identify the problem, explore your options, and implement healthy strategies to resolve your conflict.

3. Safe Space

We create a safe, non-judgmental environment to work through your most difficult challenges, with a holistic approach.

4. Finishing Well

When you’ve reached your goals, we say goodbye and let you know you can always reach out for an additional ‘tune up’ session.
