Counselling from a Christian Perspective

The field of Psychology has provided Christians with a greater understanding of humanity and God’s creation. For clients seeking Christian counselling, we work to incorporate their personal Biblical beliefs into their therapeutic treatment.

In a non-judgmental environment, Christian clients can explore their psychological difficulties (e.g., thoughts, emotions, beliefs, struggles) and use proven treatment theories, like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, that align with their biblical-based understanding of healing. Clients can develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their beliefs, and how to manage their struggles in a healthy way–all in a way that honours their beliefs and understanding of mental health.

If this is an approach to therapy you would like to take, let your therapist know.
