Couples Counselling.
When a couple first gets married, there is excitement, love, commitment and a sense of adventure. Family Counselling.

While in family therapy, we may explore some topics like:
The goal of family therapy is to help the family create stability through understanding, awareness, developing nurturing relationships, and using healthy communication skills between family members.
Community Workshops.
We are passionate about breaking the silence of mental health illness in our communities. I have over ten years of experience speaking and working with youth and families within churches.
